1 large ripe banana
2 eggs
Dash of baking powder
METHOD
Start with Mashing the bananas and add two eggs to it.
Heat your griddle over medium-high heat & Pour a small amount of your mixture onto the griddle and let sit until it begins to bubble.
Flip your pancake and allow it to cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Serve with maple syrup or honey.
