Bell Pepper and Chicken Breast Salad

Ingredients:

  1. one yellow bell pepper
  2. one red bell pepper
  3. one green bell pepper
  4. lettuce
  5. cabbage
  6. red cabbage
  7. onions
  8. cucumber
  9. 1 handful roasted peanuts
  10. 100gm grilled chicken breast

How to make it:

  1. Cut all the veggies and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add salad dressings(honey mustard, vinaigrette, sweet onion) and peanuts.
  3. Add the grilled chicken after chopping it into small pieces.
  4. Add herbs, mix it and enjoy.
