Ingredients:
- one yellow bell pepper
- one red bell pepper
- one green bell pepper
- lettuce
- cabbage
- red cabbage
- onions
- cucumber
- 1 handful roasted peanuts
- 100gm grilled chicken breast
How to make it:
- Cut all the veggies and put them in a bowl.
- Add salad dressings(honey mustard, vinaigrette, sweet onion) and peanuts.
- Add the grilled chicken after chopping it into small pieces.
- Add herbs, mix it and enjoy.
