BLUEBERRY PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Start with soaking chia seeds in water for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep it aside.
Add blueberries, pineapple and chia seeds in a blender and blend it to a smooth consistency
Top up with almond milk and blend it to a shake
