Bread Omlette Sandwich Recipe
- 2Brown Bread
- 1tbsp Olive oil
- Salt as per required
- 2 Green chilies
- Few veggies of your own choice
Method of preparing recipes
- Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat it until frothy add chopped veggies and spices and beat it once more.
- Put the mixture in a hot non stick pan add 1tbsp of olive oil and simultaneously put brown bread over it cook both sides well.
- Then put it out on plate spread 1 tsp green chutney over it, place few veggies in centre and place other slice over it.
- Its ready to eat.
