CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk of your choice (Almond, soy or coconut milk) 500 ml
- ½ tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds (85 g)
Instructions
- Add milk, honey and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Add the chia seeds and whisk again.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 1-2 hours.
- When you’re ready to eat, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
