CHIA PUDDING

CHIA PUDDING

 

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk of your choice (Almond, soy or coconut milk) 500 ml
  • ½ tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds (85 g)

Instructions

  1. Add milk, honey and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the chia seeds and whisk again.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 1-2 hours.
  4. When you’re ready to eat, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
