Ingredients:
Paneer – 100 gms, cubed
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup
Mint Leaves – little
Salt as per taste
Cumin Seeds – little
Green Chillies – 1 or 2
Lemon Juice as per taste
Chaat Masala Powder – little
Oil
Toothpicks
Directions:
- Mix the green chutney, mint leaves, salt, cumin seeds, green chillies and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Add the paneer pieces and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil.
- Insert a toothpick into each paneer cube and place it on the hot pan.
- Cook on both sides for a minute or until golden and remove.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle chaat masala powder.
- Serve at once.
