Choco-Mint Banana Shake

This two-minute choco-mint banana smoothie by ParaFit work wonders in hangovers. Bananas having anti-inflammatory properties with mint are good for the gut. It not only acts as a protein shake but also as a hangover buster! So it’s a win-win.

CHOCO-MINT BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

1 Frozen Banana

1 tbsp organic peppermint extract

200 ml water

1 scoop chocolate whey protein

 

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender together and blend until smooth.
