Green Smoothie

This is a green smoothie which is a secret sauce to regular energy catering to channelize a health weight, without counting calories or deprivation. A recipe by parafit loaded with fiber, vitamins and antioxidants!

INGREDIENTS: 

1 cup frozen mixed berries

 1 large ripe banana

 1/2 cup fresh spinach

 1/2 cup fresh kale

 2 tablespoons chia seeds

 1 cup coconut water

 1/2 cup ice cubes

 

METHOD:

Start with mixing all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

You can add more ice or coconut as you feel.
