Grilled Jack Fruit/Kathal Sabzi recipe
Ingredients
- Jackfruit
- Few veggies of your own choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper, red chili, omum powder, and other spices you like.
- 1 lemon
Method of preparing Recipe
- Take jackfruit and rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and put it in bowl.
- Put chopped vegetables in bowl.
- Slather Jackfruit and veggies with all the spices, a pinch of salt, and add olive oil to it, toss everything together and mix well.
- Then sauté jackfruit and vegetables in a pre heated griller until it becomes golden brown.
- Take it out in a serving dish and serve it hot with coriander garnishing.
