Grilled Jack Fruit/Kathal Sabzi recipe


  • Jackfruit
  • Few veggies of your own choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper, red chili, omum powder, and other spices you like.
  • 1 lemon

Method of preparing Recipe

  1. Take jackfruit and rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and put it in bowl.
  2. Put chopped vegetables in bowl.
  3. Slather Jackfruit and veggies with all the spices, a pinch of salt, and add olive oil to it, toss everything together and mix well.
  4. Then sauté jackfruit and vegetables in a pre heated griller until it becomes golden brown.
  5. Take it out in a serving dish and serve it hot with coriander garnishing.
