- 100g Paneer/Cottage Cheese
- Onion finely chopped 1 medium
- Green capsicum finely chopped 1 medium
- Tomato finely chopped 1 medium
- Green chilies finely chopped 3
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala 2 teaspoons
- Dry mango powder (amchur) 1 teaspoon
- Black salt (Kala namak) to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl mix together paneer, onions, green capsicum, tomato, green chillies, lemon juice, chaat masala, dried mango powder, and black salt and mix well.
Step 2
Serve the chaat garnished with coriander leaves.
