Lemon & Cayenne Juice

This lemon and Cayenne juice by ParaFit will cleanse you inside out and you will visibly start noticing a drop in your weight.

Ingredients:

 1 glass of warm or hot water

 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

 ½–1 teaspoon ground ginger

 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

 1 dash cayenne pepper

 1 teaspoon honey (optional).

Method:

 Start with adding all the ingredients in a shaker

Give it a good shake and pour it into a glass

Top it up with a dash of cayenne pepper and serve it warm
