Low Fat Butter Chicken Recipe

Ever imagined if you could include butter chicken in your diet. When your meals are planned by us you get guaranteed results with full taste buds satisfaction.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp light butter

500g Chopped chicken thighs

1 sliced onion

1 large crushed garlic clove

2 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp cumin

2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp cardamom

1 tbsp chopped coriander

4-5 diced tomatoes

180ml chicken stock

120ml low-fat Greek yogurt

60ml low fat thickened cream

2 cups cooked rice

METHOD:

Start with heating half of the butter on a nonstick frying pan on medium flame.

Add chicken and onion and saute till brown.

Remove mixture from the pan and set aside and add remaining butter as well as the garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala, cardamom, and coriander.

Cook for 2 minutes and add chicken to the pan, along with the tomatoes and stock…

Reduce heat when it starts boiling and cooks on low flame for 10 minutes

add yogurt and cream and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve on rice garnished with coriander leaves
