1 tbsp light butter
500g Chopped chicken thighs
1 sliced onion
1 large crushed garlic clove
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp chopped coriander
4-5 diced tomatoes
180ml chicken stock
120ml low-fat Greek yogurt
60ml low fat thickened cream
2 cups cooked rice
Start with heating half of the butter on a nonstick frying pan on medium flame.
Add chicken and onion and saute till brown.
Remove mixture from the pan and set aside and add remaining butter as well as the garlic, ginger, cumin, garam masala, cardamom, and coriander.

Reduce heat when it starts boiling and cooks on low flame for 10 minutes
