3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup grilled zucchini
¼ cup grilled onion
2 tbs chopped roasted red pepper
¼ cup artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons feta cheese
2 tablespoons low-fat all-natural Greek dressing
Start with adding lettuce to your serving bowl, top zucchini, onion,
red pepper, artichokes and feta, drizzle over the Greek
dressing and enjoy
