Ingredients: 4-5 cups chopped kale, 1 red bell pepper (chopped),
1 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 of a large cucumber (chopped), 1 cup sliced tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, lemon, black pepper powder, salt.
Recipe: Mix all the chopped veggies in a bowl. Squeeze lemon over the veggies and add salt to taste.
