Oats and Besan Crepe

This oats and besan crepe by ParaFit is fiber-rich, nutritious & gluten free. You will love it as a healthy tea time snack.


o    250 grams besan

o    40gm oats

o    2 chopped onions

o    2 chopped green chilies

o    2 grated garlic

o    a small bunch of chopped coriander leaves

o    salt and red chili powder to taste

o    olive Oil for cooking


o    start with combining all the ingredients for the Besan Crepe in a large bowl. Gradually add water to make a thick batter

o    pour a ladle full of batter on the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin crepe on medium heat

o    cook until the top does not look raw and you notice the edges are getting brown. Flip and cook on the other side for a few seconds

o    Once done, transfer to a plate and proceed to make the crepe with the remaining batter

o    Serve the Oats Besan Crepe with green chutney and garlic chutney for a wholesome breakfast or a tea time snack.
