Orange and Yogurt Smoothie

ParaFit presents you with our delicious orange and yogurt smoothie which will leave you wanting for more!

 

Ingredients for orange and yogurt smoothie:

o    One orange, peeled and separated into pieces

o    1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

o    1/2 cup non-fat milk

o    1 tablespoon honey

o    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

o    1/2 cup ice

o    4 almonds crushed

Method for orange and yogurt smoothie:

Start with mixing all the content in a blender

Top it up with almonds and serve chilled.
