Peas Sprout Salad Recipe
Ingredients-
- Chickpea/ White Chana
- Peas/Matar
- Sprouts
- ½ Onion
- Add Few Veggies of your own choice
- 1 Lemon
Method of preparing Peas Sprout Salad
- Cut all your favorite Veggies in Cubes and place in bowl.
- Squeeze one lemon and add spices of your choice over the vegetables and stir it gently.
- Add Boiled chickpeas and peas and sprouts toss gently to combine.
- Refrigerate at least half hour before eating.
