Soya Veggie Channa Chaat Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • Soya
  • Raw White channa
  • Bowl of Mix vegetables of your own choice
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper, Red chili, and other spices you like.

    Method of preparing Soya Veggie Channa Chaat

  1. Pressure cook the White channa and Soya for 4-5 minutes and drain the excess water and transfer to large bowl.
  2. Add chopped vegetables to the bowl and mix all ingredients well.
  3. Put all the spices as required and toss the mixture together.
  4. At last squeeze the fresh lemon to the salad and refrigerate it for 1 hour before eating.
