Soya Veggie Channa Chaat Recipe
- Raw White channa
- Bowl of Mix vegetables of your own choice
- 1 lemon
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Pepper, Red chili, and other spices you like.
Method of preparing Soya Veggie Channa Chaat
- Pressure cook the White channa and Soya for 4-5 minutes and drain the excess water and transfer to large bowl.
- Add chopped vegetables to the bowl and mix all ingredients well.
- Put all the spices as required and toss the mixture together.
- At last squeeze the fresh lemon to the salad and refrigerate it for 1 hour before eating.
