Ingredients: 2 cups Moong Dal Sprouts, 1 cup Chopped Onions,
1 cup Chopped Cucumber, 3 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoon Chopped Green Chilies, salt to taste.
Recipe: Mix all the ingredients well and squeeze a lemon over it. Sprinkle salt as required.
