Tropical Bliss Smoothie

This replenishing Tropical Bliss Smoothie by ParaFit will make you feel refreshed and nourished with the loaded goodness of fruits and coconut water.

 

Ingredients:

 1 cup frozen mango chunks

 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

 1/4 small avocado

1 cup fresh spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

 1 cup coconut water

Method:

soak the chia seeds in water for about 3 minutes and drain the excess water.

Blend all the contents in a blender to make a smoothie.

Top it up with mint leaves and serve chilled
