Whole wheat BBQ Chicken Breast Burger

Ingredients:

Burgers:

1 pound ground chicken breast, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon olive oil.

For serving:

4 whole wheat burger buns.

Directions:

Mix together burger ingredients in a medium bowl until evenly combined. Do not over mix.

Shape burger mixture into 4 equal sized patties.

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the patties and cook 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 5-6 minutes, until cooked through.

Serve on burger buns .
