Oats and dates pudding
- 1 cup Oats.
- 4 cups Milk.
- 5 sliced Dates (Khajur).
- 7 Almonds
- ½ teaspoon cardamom (elaichi) powder
- Roast oats for 4-5 minutes and meanwhile start heating milk in the other pan.
- Once the milk starts boiling, add roasted oats, sliced dates, almonds, cardamom powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Once the pudding is ready, add fruits if you want and serve hot or cold, whichever way you like.
