Oatmeal Pancake

This oatmeal pancake recipe by ParaFit is rich in carbohydrate, protein. It serves as a complete breakfast for fitness enthusiasts .Oats are rich in nutrients and antioxidants, it contains a soluble fibre called beta glucan. Oats make you lose weight easily!

Ingredients:

50 gm Quaker strawberry and apple oats.

1 mashed banana

50ml milk

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

2  eggs

Method :

Blend all the ingredients to a batter

 Pour over a hot pan with a spoon

Flip batter after 3 minutes on low flame

Serve with a tablespoon of peanut butter and top it up with some maple syrup.
