Ingredient: Yogurt, 2 cups fresh fruit,
For Smoothie: 1 large ripe banana frozen,
1/2cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1/2 cup spinach,
1/2 cup kale, 1/2 large green apple, 1/2 cup ice, 1 cup water.
Recipe: Take yogurt in a bowl.
Choose whichever fruits you prefer: a bowl of berries, mango and pineapple, assorted melon, or stick to one type of fruit.
Green Smoothie:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about thirty seconds.
