Rainbow Grill Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Tofu
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Brown Bread Splices
- Add few Veggies of your choice
- 1 Table Spoon of olive oil
- A pinch of salt, Red Chili, Black pepper
Method of preparing Rainbow Grill Sandwich
- Take 2 eggs and crack them into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, red chilli and black pepper and whisk it.
- Then take a non stick pan put it on flame, add 1tbsp of olive oil and add eggs to make omelet, cook it for 4-7minutes, after that take it out, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Switch on Griller to put it on preheating for 5 minutes.
- Take bread slices, spread 1tbsp of green chutney and place the omelet over it then place Cubes of tofu and chopped Broccoli and put the other Slice over it.
- Then, Place the Sandwich in Griller for 5-10minutes until it gets Brown from the surface.
- Take it out and its ready to eat.
