Take 2 eggs and crack them into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, red chilli and black pepper and whisk it.
Then take a non stick pan put it on flame, add 1tbsp of olive oil and add eggs to make omelet, cook it for 4-7minutes, after that take it out, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Switch on Griller to put it on preheating for 5 minutes.
Take bread slices, spread 1tbsp of green chutney and place the omelet over it then place Cubes of tofu and chopped Broccoli and put the other Slice over it.
Then, Place the Sandwich in Griller for 5-10minutes until it gets Brown from the surface.
